2. Business Information

Nueform Kustom Kreations is a custom paint and bodywork business operating in the state of Florida. All services are subject to availability and scheduling at our discretion.

3. Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request form on this website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All estimates provided by phone or in person are ballpark figures only and are subject to change following an in-person consultation. A final written quote will be provided prior to any work beginning. Nueform Kustom Kreations reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

4. Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your place on the schedule. Deposit amounts will be discussed and agreed upon at the time your final quote is confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Final payment is due upon completion of work prior to pickup or delivery of the project. Nueform Kustom Kreations accepts payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

5. Project Timelines

All timelines provided are estimates only. Nueform Kustom Kreations will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the discussed timeframe, however timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to material availability, project complexity, and scheduling. Nueform Kustom Kreations is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in quote requests and consultations is accurate and complete. Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, prior repairs, or surface conditions that may affect the outcome of the work. Nueform Kustom Kreations is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed conditions.

7. Approval and Satisfaction

Nueform Kustom Kreations works closely with each client throughout the process to ensure the finished product meets the agreed-upon specifications. Any concerns regarding completed work must be communicated within 3 days of project completion. Concerns raised after this period may not be eligible for correction at no additional charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nueform Kustom Kreations is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and the Nueform Kustom Kreations logo and brand assets are the property of Nueform Kustom Kreations and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

10. Portfolio and Photography

Nueform Kustom Kreations reserves the right to photograph completed work and use those images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client has explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Nueform Kustom Kreations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
